MAPPEX -2025 is the 14h State Level Philatelic Exhibition organized by the Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle. The event is being conducted with the active support of Philatelic Societies and Associations from Madhya Pradesh state.

The primary objective of MAPPEX -2025 is to promote Philately and provide a competitive platform for philatelists at the state level. The exhibition’s organizing committee is headed by the Chief Postmaster General of Madhya Pradesh Circle.

The exhibition is designed for everyone, from passionate philatelists to newcomers eager to learn the basics of stamp collection. It will feature a variety of activities, including workshops, seminars, letter writing events, and competitions, to inspire innovative minds.

Dear Philatelists and Enthusiasts,

With immense pleasure and pride, we invite you to the Madhya Pradesh State-Level Philately Exhibition – MAPPEX-2025, scheduled to be held from November 21st to 23rd, 2025, at Bhopal.

Madhya Pradesh Circle is organizing the 14th State-Level Philately Exhibition at Bhopal. The competition class theme for this year is “Bhartiya Vigyan Yatra” and “Atmanirbhar Bharat.” A special ‘Pink Group’ category has also been introduced to promote women’s participation in the hobby of philately.

MAPPEX-2025, our Circle-Level Philatelic Exhibition, will be a true celebration of this timeless hobby. A wide range of activities have been planned to inspire innovation and creativity among participants — from competitive exhibits and presentations to workshops and seminars for knowledge sharing. In addition, cultural events such as sitar performances, plays, and other engaging activities will be organized to connect people with philately.

The exhibition will feature an impressive array of exhibits highlighting rare and diverse collections, along with interactive events such as seminars, workshops, letter-writing competitions, sit-and-draw contests, and letterbox painting activities. Exclusive philatelic materials and special covers will also be released to mark the occasion. The event will serve as a valuable learning experience for children and youth, while dealers’ booths will offer opportunities for collectors to enrich their treasured collections.

I appeal to parents, teachers, and guardians to motivate the younger generation to participate in and experience the excitement of philately.

• • Special Covers, Cancellations, and other philatelic items will be released on each day of the exhibition.
